Return Policy

To obtain a refund, send an email requesting a return authorization number (RAN).  Any returns that are received without an RAN will be discarded.  The return must be postmarked within 30 days of the original postmark of the order.  Opening a product constitutes satisfaction and no refund, for that product, will be given.  A full refund, less a 10% handling charge, will be given for any and all unopened bottles.  

Package all unopened items along with a copy of your invoice.  Clearly mark the return authorization number on the outside of the box.  Returns will be processed within one week of receipt for a full refund of the purchase price.  No refunds will be given for returned orders due to customer refusal.  In other words, if an order is not accepted at the time of delivery, or not picked up when a notice has been left at the shipping address, a refund will not be issued.

This policy will be overridden by product-specific refund policies which will be stated on the applicable product purchase pages. When no other return policy is stipulated, the aforementioned terms will apply.

Delivery Information

We use DHL, FedEx and TNT for order delivery. If you are not available to receive your package, courier company will attempt delivery of your package for three consecutives business days. After multiple failed delivery attempts, the package will be returned to us. Any shipping fees incurred due to this situation, will be charged to you for our inconvenience.
Once your order is on the way we will send you all the details and shippment tracking number.
Delivery times are estimates only. We will try hard to meet our delivery times but are not responsible for any delayed or unsuccessful deliveries. Sometimes orders may take longer to fulfil during seasonal times or product availability. We do not stock all the products we sell on QATAEHERBAL.COM. 
We accept orders from and deliver to Qatar only.
IMPORTANT: We need three days to process your order for first time customer.
Unfortunately deliveries to postal addresses is not be available. we will contact you and request home/office address. 
Please note that if your delivery does not arrive within 30 days of Dispatch Confirmation you are entitled to a refund. We will inform you by email when we refund you. All refunds will be made using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase. 
Order Cancelation
After placing your order, you have one (1) hour to make changes or cancel your order by emailing us. After an hour has passed, your order will begin processing and we will not be able to modify or cancel your order. We may charge order cancelation fee.
